 MyStory…

Growing up with his architect father’s numerous projects, Matt has always worked hard to create the perfect living space. Even as a child, growing up outside of Toronto in the woods, Matt loved making maple syrup and catching crayfish making the most of his surroundings.

It was a play in Stratford where Matt turned to his Mom and said, “they did the whole play just for me, Mom!” that it was decided that Matt would pursue the life of an actor. Years later, after an award filled breadth of acting work that he still enjoys, Matt has had the opportunity to acquire real estate investments and become a landlord. A few years ago, Matt turned his attention to renovating a Victorian fixer upper right here in the Ossington Village near Trinity Bellwoods and is so proud to have rebuilt a duplex that defines modern living and Victorian history in one of the coolest neighbourhoods in Toronto. Most certainly, when it comes to knowing what an old house needs regarding renovations or upkeep, Matt brings experience, knowledge and insight.

The natural progression toward a career in real estate was inevitable for Matthew. An exceptional people person with business ease, Matt is contemporary, relaxed, professional, urban living defined. He strives to look for investment and design success. For Matt and every one of his clients, this is an ongoing quest.

Matthew has done well with real estate himself and has decided to make a full time career of helping others do the same in Canada’s greatest city, Toronto.

Together with Bosley Real Estate, Matt believes in quality full service, industry leading knowledge and training along with cutting edge technology and support to make your real estate desires come to life in…. Toronto City Real Estate.
